 Hi Everyone: Boy , It's been a reall tough few months. I had some challanges and have not been keeping up this blog.  I'm picking it up again and I'd like to remid you that this blog has an  Open Posting Policy. If you want to leave a poem. feel free.  Here's one for the New Year:

Light flickers  as

time moves on

In days of old

when knights were bold

and the minstrels carried a tune

Spring flew in on robins wing and lasted from

March till June

If ye had the call

to journey North from Hadren's.wall

and found ye self in need of renewing

hopes bright spark

Why you'd simply forge a new quest

and search of a nest of the bird they call the medow lark.

Now these days I find we haven't the time to listen to a seasons song

we take Nary a blink

to stop and think

and I consider this to be very wrong.!

Recovery

 The pandemic wasn't all bad. I went down from a 54 inch waist to a 48 inch waist. I did five podcasts and go my ideas out.  I wrote another book and summited it to a publisher. I've done a lot of rehab and I'm now able to stand on my feet twice as longs as I could before Covid-19 hit.  You can still get the third edition of Instant Poetry( Just add words!) from I Universe on Amazon, Barnes and Noble and everywhere books are sold. FAMILY POEM!

Larry, my little "adopted" son from Rochester, NY came to visit fit a few days. We have been friends for almost 25 years. Bailey and I took him to see some of the finer dining establishments of Shippensburg, Subway and Cabin On King for ice cream.
Look into my eyes! My will is your will. You will obey my commands. You will give me all the treats I want. You will play ball and frisby with me all day long. I am your mistress.

THE READING WENT GREAT! It was fun to hear and what someone else perform my work for a change.I wrote this to commemorate the event:

Time well spent
all those years are finally paying off
the veil is lifted and the sun shines through.
